How we helped our client, 3Arts Pottery to drive sales through their branding transformation journey
3Arts is a boutique pottery studio that was only founded in 2018. They did not have brand awareness and had to deal with a competitive industry. Even though Fave was selling 3Arts services, we did not want to rely on that due to price competition. Hence, we combined these 3 strategies to improve 3Arts business.
1. Competitor Analysis
3Arts was initially known to be just another boutique pottery studio. However, we realised that the pottery business was getting increasingly competitive and there was an urgent need for 3Arts to differentiate itself from the their competitors. We began to dig deep into their founding philosophy, to learn more about the story behind their brand. We eventually realised that 3Arts was more than a pottery place, it is in fact meant to be a sanctuary. The studio was initially created by a doctor with a meaningful purpose - mental wellness.
Hence, we began to rebrand 3Arts into a boutique pottery which focuses on mental wellness. We started to offer mental wellness pottery classes, and identify new buyer persona, who are individuals working in high stressed environment, and those who suffer from anxiety. And we eventually got our client featured on notable media outlets such as Todayonline and BusinessTimes which resulted in a spike of traffic and online sales.
Together with the new branding and services provided, we designed and implemented different marketing collaterals to target our new found buyer persona which saw an increase in online sales. We also made content and technical changes for the site to improve their organic ranking to top 3 for important keywords such as "pottery studio Singapore", "pottery classes" etc.
